No More Learning

i t is being crushed between an organized science, on one side, in which everyone presumes to control everyone and everything else, and which excludes, with the sanctimonious praise of "intuitive" o r "stimulating," anything that does not conform to the status quo; and, on the other side, by a philosophy that makes do with the empty and           residues left aside by the scientific apparatus, residues which then become, for philosophy, the objects of second- degree operations.
