The authorselectsfivesectsandmakesthemthe objectofa comparativpeortrayalt:heFirstChurchofChrist,Scientistt;heChurch of JesusChristof theLatter-DaySaints; theSeventh-DayAdventists;theNew ApostolicChurch;and Jehovah'sWitnesses. The emergingpictureis veryvaried, although,due totheparamountimportanceoftheOld Testamentforall ofthem, theycould easily appear as pro-Jewish.
