Ardglass. -The battle here mentioned was fought at Ard glass, a sea-port in the county of Down, and the circumstances above narrated were as follows: A fleet of pirates from Wales having carried off someships from the Bay of Dublin, and having at the same time taken prisoner Michael Tregury, then archbishop of Dublin, and a native of Cornwall, the pirates were pursued by a fleet from Dublin, which overtook them off the coast of Down or
