names of the publishers of the newsbooks which are attached to them. It
has not been found possible to catalogue these, owing to their number.
Henry Walker alone issued more than 90 during the years 1647 and 1648.
Pamphlets and books by the different writers are numbered in
chronological order, and pamphlets by other writers to which they gave
rise or which they answered, etc. , have been added in order of date. The
dates are those of George Thomason, and will enable the reader to find
